alleviation of poverty in the targeted communities in Kenya, Uganda and
Tanzania.

Activities
- Support rehabilitation of 9 early childhood educational facilities
- Facilitate provision of school fee subsidy to well performing needy pupils in the project sites
- Facilitate training of children transformational group members in age appropriate
leadership skills and their roles
- Facilitate partners /parents TOT training on child protection, child rights and positive
parenting
- Mobilize for the provision of children age, gender and disability friendly spaces in programs
and projects
- Mobilize and sensitize partners to create opportunities for listening and taking up children
ideas.
- Mobilize and facilitate children participation in immunization, nutrition and growth monitoring
- Facilitate financial/equipment mobilization for establishment of income generating activities
in the three project sites
- Facilitate linkage of families to household economic strengthening and resilience
opportunities and projects within and outside the project sites.
- Conduct health promotion and education campaigns on HIV at school and home levels
